This Relaxing Mindfullness workshop gives you the time to relax, breath, be mindful and be in the moment. You will breath, meditate, gently stretch and experience sound vibration meditation.
The time is spent lying or sitting on the mat and by the end of the workshop you should feel refreshed, rebalanced and rested.
